Update: 3 Hamilton men charged with the 2020 murder of Brampton teen, 17-year-old Jordan Henry

Emergency services responded to Alderbury Crescent in Brampton on report of a shooting on December 31st at approximately 11:58pm.

Jordan Henry, 17, was found suffering from life-threatening injuries as a result of gunshot wounds. Despite life saving efforts Henry was pronounced deceased at the scene.

On January 2nd police arrested Zakaria Hassan, a 22 year-old man from Hamilton, and charged him with First Degree Murder. Rukhshar Wahab, a 20 year-old woman from Kitchener, has also been charged with being an Accessory After the Fact.

Update May 8th 2020
Mohammed Shokri, 18, of Hamilton, was arrested on May 6, 2020, and charged with First Degree Murder. Abdikadir Abdi, a 20-year-old man from Hamilton, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.

Update October 6th
The three accused attended court in Brampton on Tuesday, October 4th where they pleaded guilty to manslaughter.

Shokri was sentenced to 14 years less time served, Abdi received five years less time served. Sentencing for Hassan has been delayed until Nov. 24th, 2022.
