Thunder Bay Police Service officers originally were made aware of a potential sudden death at a residential address in the 300 block of Bethune Street just after noon on Wednesday, Jan. 26th.

 An investigation by members of the TBPS’s Major Crimes Unit and Forensic Identification Unit established the death was a result of a homicide.

On Wednesday, March 30 Joshua David LEBLANC, 28, of Kingston, Ont. was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder.
