Thompson RCMP responded to a report of an unresponsive male who was discovered in an area near the Thompson Public Library, located on Thompson Drive on June 15, 2024, at approximately 6:35 am.

Officers arrived on scene and located Wilkie Colon, 51, with life-threatening injuries. He was transported to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on June 16th.

Police said Clinton Adam Miles, 19 and Antonio Jarred Nicholas Miles, 22, were arrested and charged with second-degree murder on June 21st 2024.
