Police say Patel was shot in front of Conrad’s Hair Styling Barber Shop, located in Scarborough on June 1st. Police say a fight broke out and Arif Patel was shot.

On Wednesday, June 3, 2015, Syed Mohammed Ali Zaidi, 19, of Toronto surrendered to police. He has been charged with second degree murder.
