Sarnia Police Service Criminal Investigations Division announced on September 6th that they have been actively investigating the November 2023 disappearance of 41-year-old Bradley James Ogilvie.
As a result of this investigation, his disappearance has now been determined to be a homicide.
On September 6th, 2024 Sarnia Police made multiple arrests at various locations within the City of Sarnia. This investigation is still active and expected to continue over the weekend.
Investigators believe others have information relevant to this investigation and encourage them to come forward.
Update: Sarnia Police announced on January 18th, 2025 that human remains in the area of Highway 40 and Lasalle Line. The Coroners Office has positively identified the remains as Bradley James Ogilvie.
As a result of the investigation Robin Maness, 45, Nikki Cotrelle, 45, and Trevor Waller, 47, were each accused of first-degree murder in relation to Bradley’s death and they remain in custody.
Since the matter is before the courts, police are unable to provide any further information pertaining to this ongoing investigation.
