Sioux Lookout OPP Responded to a disturbance where two people were seen fighting outside at a Seventh Avenue residence on March 18th at approximately 11:40pm.

Police located Robyn Kakepetum of Sioux Lookout, Ontario, suffering from life-threatening injuries. Kakepetum was rushed to Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Center for treatment where police said she died of her injuries.

Tyler Coollee, 26, of Winnipeg, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, aggravated assault, and robbery. Police have not released whether or not the victim and the accused were known to each other.
