North Bay police said they were called to a residence on the report of a deceased person, in the 400 block of Lakeshore Drive on March 21st at approximately 9:00pm.

Police arrived to find the deceased victim and a man in the home. The victim’s gender and identity have not been released at this time. Carter Parypa, 21, was arrested at the scene and remains in custody.

Update March 25th
North Bay police identified the victim as Bradley Armstrong, 60, of North Bay.

This is the second North Bay Homicide of 2021. The first victim was Jeff Twain, on January 1st, 2021.
