British Columbia 2026 Homicide Victim List

At approximately 7:30 p.m., frontline officers with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police responded to reports of an active disturbance at a home in the 23700 block of 110 Avenue in Maple Ridge.

Upon arrival, officers found a male victim suffering from serious medical distress. Despite immediate life-saving efforts by police and paramedics, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. One individual was taken into custody.

Early findings suggest the incident involved people who were known to each other, and investigators do not believe there is any ongoing threat to the public.

Update: Darcy Robb, 45, has been charged with Manslaughter. Police said Robb remains in custody pending his next court appearance.
