Saskatoon police responded to reports of a shooting in the 200 Block of Avenue O South at approximately 12:50 a.m. on April 16, 2024.

Officers arrived and located a 25-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to the Royal University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Update: Saskatoon police announced on January 16th 2025 that a 28-year-old Saskatoon man has been arrested and appeared in court, charged with an April, 2024 homicide.

The man is facing a charge of second-degree murder in the death of 25-year-old Kade Lee in the 200 block of Avenue O South.
