Toronto police were called to 1 York Road on October 8th at approximately 11:40pm on report of a shooting.

Police arrived at the scene to find a 16 year old boy, a 18 year old man and a 19 year old man suffering from gunshot wounds.

All three victims were taken to hospital where 16 year old Zakariye Ali died of his injuries. The other two victims are expected to survive.

Police have not named any suspects at this time.
