Toronto police responded to the report of the sound of gunshots at 4:57 a.m., at 11 Stilecroft Drive on September 2nd.
Police and paramedics arrived to find Joseph Hart, 50, in a vehicle suffering from serious injuries. He was rushed to the hospital where he died of his injuries.
Homicide investigators are appealing to anyone who knows Joseph Hart, and has been in contact with him over the past week, to contact police. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-7400, Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS.
