Toronto police were called to an apartment at 12 Arbordell Road, at approximately 9:44am on October 4th on report of unknown trouble.
On arrival police found 43 year old Abdinasir Hussein dead. The cause of death has not been released.
Update October 7th
Police arrested Abdirizak Yabarow, 36, of Toronto, on Friday October 6th. Yabarow has been charged with second degree murder and assault causing bodily harm.
