Calgary Police responded to a report of an assault at a home in the 4900 block of Rundlewood Road N.E. on May 3rd at approximately 10:30 p.m.

Police arrived to find Dwane Charles Lanois, 47, of Calgary, in medical distress. Lanois was pronounced at the scene by EMS.

Roberta Lynn Wolfchild, 50, has been charged with second-degree murder. Police believe the attack was domestic in nature.
