London police responded to a residence on Chippewa Drive on the report of a deceased person on January 7th at approximately 7:30 a.m.

On arrival police located Phy Puth, 64, of London, deceased. Police have not released her cause of death.

Lee Couturier, 48, of London, was arrested at the scene, and has been charged with second degree murder. According to CBC, Couturier is Puth’s son-in-law.
