Update: Second man charged in Lethbridge homicide

Police were called to an apartment in the 1200 block of Fourth Avenue S. at approximately 7 a.m. on April 27th on report of a deceased male.

Police and paramedics located the deceased 43-year old man inside one of the ground floor units. According to reports the victim had been socializing at his home with friends when an altercation broke out. The victim was found unresponsive the following morning by a friend who went to check on him.

Jason Paul James Crane Chief, 27, of Lethbridge, was arrested on May 1st and charged with second-degree murder.

On May 5th, Lethbridge police arrested Justin Robert Adel White Cow, 33, of Lethbridge and charged him with second-degree murder. Crane Chief and White Cow remain in custody and are scheduled to appear in court on May 11, 2020.
