Surrey, British Columbia 2026 Homicide Victim List

Surrey Police say frontline officers with the Surrey Police Service were called to a business in the 13000 block of 76 Avenue around 3:03 p.m. on May 4, 2026, following reports of gunfire.

When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds and immediately began providing first aid until paramedics arrived. Despite their efforts, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

At this point, investigators have not made any arrests, and there are no suspect details being released. IHIT is working closely with Surrey police to advance the investigation. Anyone who may have information is encouraged to contact IHIT through their tip line or by email.

Update: The man who was fatally shot inside a Surrey, B.C., office building in broad daylight on May 4 has been linked to the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang, according to information obtained by The Fifth Estate. Sources allege the victim was a key gang associate and was also connected to cricket-fixing activities.

The Fifth Estate has confirmed his name was Gurvikramjeet Singh Warring, an alleged top Bishnoi gang member.
