The 2023 Winnipeg Homicide Victim List is available here

Winnipeg Police Service responded to a male down on a sidewalk in the 300 block of Keenleyside Street on October 14, 2023, at approximately 11:20 p.m.

On arrival General Patrol officers located an adult male with serious injuries. He was transported to hospital and later pronounced deceased. The male has been identified as Joseph Robert CAMPBELL, 24, of Winnipeg.

The investigation has revealed that three males observed in the area at the time of the murder have been identified as persons of interest. Anyone with information regarding the identity of these males is asked to contact investigators.
