Vancouver police were called to reports of a man in critical medical condition near Main and East Hastings streets just after 1:30 a.m on August 9th.

Jordan Povse, 23, was taken to hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

Update on November 6th, 2024: The BC Prosecution Service has approved one count of second-degree murder against 43-year-old Alfred Henry John Charlie.
