Vancouver police were called to a shooting at East Cordova and Carrall streets on August 29th at approximately 3:30am.

Despite attempts by first responders to save his life, however, 43-year-old Terry Bachtis died at the scene.

Update: Vancouver police announced on October 10th that BC Prosecution Service has charged Felix Emond Moro, 28, with one count of first-degree murder in the shooting death of 43-year-old Terry Bachtis.
