Toronto police responded to a shooting at an apartment building near Clearview Heights and Trethewey Dr, on April 15th at approximately 5:00pm.
The male shooting victim was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries. The victim has been identified as Tola Paul, 38, of Kitchener.
Update
On Wednesday, April 26, 2023, Earlan Clovis, 22, of Toronto was arrested. He has been charged with:
- Second Degree Murder
He appeared at Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, room 206.
