Toronto police responded to report of a shooting at an apartment building on Panorama Court, near Kipling Av & Finch Av W on May 14th at approximately 8:00pm.
Toronto police Duty Inspector Paul Rinkoff said the Hashim Kinani, 23, of Toronto was found in a tow truck suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The victim was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.
Police said witnesses reported seeing 3 man who fled the area on foot. More information will be added as it becomes available. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-7400.
Update May 22
Two teenage males ages, 15 and 17, surrendered to police on May 21st. Both teens have been charged with:
1. First Degree Murder
2. Attempt Murder
Both are scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Friday, May 22, 2020, 10:00am.

On Tuesday, December 15, 2020, a 16-year-old boy was arrested. He is charged with:
1. First Degree Murder and Attempted Murder
