Sudbury police Person responded to a Welfare Check on May 31st, at a residential building on Elm Street as an individual living in one of the units had not been seen in a few days.
On arrival police located a deceased 50-year-old man inside the unit. Police said his name will not be released at this time pending the notification of his next of kin.
An autopsy was completed on June 2nd and determined the cause of death to be Homicide involving a firearm.
