RCMP responded to the report of a deceased 25-year-old Kirsten (Gardner) O’donoghue in an apartment in Bowden on March 22nd.

Police said they will not be releasing the cause of death at this time.

Ross Arran McInnes, 27, was arrested at the scene on March 22nd and has been charged with first degree murder. RCMP said the victim and accused were known to each other.

A GoFundMe fundraiser has been set up to raise money that can contribute to the cost of bringing up her sons.
