Officers were called to a home in St. Malo after reports of an unresponsive woman on the morning of Dec. 24, 2025, at about 8:25 a.m.

When police arrived, they found a 55-year-old woman deceased inside the residence.

The death is being treated as suspicious and is under investigation by Manitoba RCMP Major Crime Services, with support from Forensic Identification Services and local RCMP.
