Peel region police responded to a disturbance at a rural property in the area of Wanless Drive and Winston Churchill on July 20th at approximately 8:34am.

Duty Insp. Natalie Hiltz said police arrived to find a man inside of a residence suffering from “blunt force trauma.” Despite life-saving efforts the victim was pronounced at the scene.

Investigators located a second man outside of the home and placed him under arrest.
