Ottawa police responded to the report of a shooting in the 200 block of Clarence Street on July 15th at approximately 11:40pm.
On arrival police located 36-year-old Vuyo Kashe suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Yohanna David Chol, 26, has been charged with Second-Degree-Murder.
