RCMP responded to the report of a shooting in the 14600-block of 20 Ave on July 30th at approximately 2:45pm.
On arrival police and paramedics located three men suffering from gunshot wounds. One man was pronounced at the scene, and two men were rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has been called to assist with RCMP on the investigation. Police believe the shootings were targeted.
Update
A second man has died of his injuries. Sgt. Timothy Pierotti of the IHIT said “At this time, investigators are working to confirm the identities of the victims and any nexus to the Lower Mainland gang conflict.”
The victims have been identified as Jordan Krishna, 19, and Robeen Soreni, 20.
Update August 22
Bryce Dallas Campbell, 25, of Surrey has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder in the homicides of Jordan Krishna, 19, and Robeen Soreni, 20. Campbell has also been charged with one count of attempted murder in connection with Harbir Khosa, 26.
