The 2024 Quebec City Homicide Victim List is available here

Quebec City Police Department responded to an armed assault on Eugène-Lamontagne Avenue on August 6th at approximately 12:55am.

On arrival police located a man in his thirties and a woman in her twenties suffering from injuries. Both victims were transported to a hospital where the man was pronounced deceased. the female victim is expected to survive.

A man in his thirties, was arrested at the scene.
