Quebec Provincial police responded to the report of an unresponsive man in a vehicle on Monday, August 8th at approximately 2:00pm. On arrival police located 20-year-old Achraf Thimoumi inside a parked car in the municipality of Stoneham.

The cause of death was gunshot wounds and police have ruled out the possibility of suicide, and preliminary evidence suggests that the death was due to a homicide.

Keven Prevost-Bouchard, 35, and Eric Guenette, 34, were arrested on Wednesday October 26th by The Sûreté du Québec, and charged with first-degree murder.
