Montreal police’s major crimes unit was brought in after a woman in her 50s was found dead early morning on Oct. 23 in Anjou.

Authorities received a 911 call at 3:45 a.m. When officers arrived at the home on d’Aubigny Ave., they discovered the woman unconscious. Despite efforts to revive her, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
