Montreal Police responded to a 911 call reporting an unresponsive man on Lacordaire Boulevard, on July 27th at approximately 4:00am.

Police discovered a 52-year-old man with an injury to his upper body, believed to have been caused by a sharp object. Despite efforts to revive him, he was declared dead at the scene.

Authorities have confirmed the case is being treated as a homicide, though the exact circumstances remain unclear.
