Calgary police were called to the 0 to 100 block of Evanscrest Manor N.W., for reports of gunshots on April 20th at approximately 3:10pm.

Police arrived at the scene to find Joshua Brendan Bamfo, 25, and Mahad Abdirahman Ainanshe, 23, of Calgary, deceased in a vehicle. Police arrested a person of interest on April 22, however that person has since been released.

Update June 16th, 2019

Christopher Naidu, 29, of Calgary, was arrested on June 14th, 2019, and charged with two counts of first-degree murder.  NAIDU is the same man who was arrested in April 2018.
