Toronto police responded to reports of a shooting at 3111 Danforth Avenue on October 25th at approximately 5:32pm.
It has been reported that 21-year-old Jakub Sudomericky was at a store making a purchase when a verbal altercation began between Sudomericky and a 20-year-old man who was with a 20-year-old woman.
Sudomericky left with his purchase as did the other man and woman. Witnesses said Sudomericky was running through the parking lot and gun shots were heard. He was then seen laying on the ground.
Michael Roberts, 20, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with first degree murder.
