High Prairie RCMP responded to a firearms complaint on November 29th at approximately 1:43am.
Police arrived to the area of 50 street and 52 avenue and located a 37-year-old male resident of High Prairie, was deceased at the scene.
No arrests have been made, and the Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit has been deployed to the community to investigate.
