London police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run motor vehicle collision which occurred Tuesday, November 21, 2017.

Police said the victim, 64 year old Deborah Titus was attempting to retrieve her property that had been stolen from a vehicle that was driven by the suspect. A bystander came to  aid Titus, when the vehicle drove off fatally striking Titus and dragging the bystander a short distance.

Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of Brittany Lynn Boyce, 29. Anyone with information about Boyce’s whereabouts or this incident is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670.

Update November 28th
Brittany Lynn Boyce, 29,  was arrested at approximately 1:55pm, on November 28th. She is charged with one count of manslaughter and one count of assault with a weapon.
