Byron Ervin Dinsmore charged with Manslaughter in relation to a Stettler Homicide

Stettler RCMP responded to a report of a deceased person at a residence on 50A Avenue on April 14th.

Police arrived to find a 33-year-old male deceased in the home. The Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit took over the investigation.

As a result of the investigation, Alberta RCMP have arrested and charged Byron Ervin Dinsmore (22), of Stettler with:

· Manslaughter with a firearm

· Indignity to a body

No other information will be released at this time.
