21-Year-Old Man Found Dead in Leaf Rapids, RCMP Investigating Suspicious Death

Leaf Rapids, RCMP responded to a report of an unresponsive man at approximately 3:10 a.m. on June 17, 2026.

Upon arriving at an open area within the community, officers located the 21-year-old and confirmed he had died at the scene.

Authorities have classified the death as suspicious and say the investigation remains ongoing.

RCMP are asking anyone with information that could assist investigators to contact the Leaf Rapids detachment at 204-427-2469.
