Chilliwack RCMP were called to the 45000-block of Wellington Avenue on June 7th at approximately 5:00 am on report of a man in medical distress.

Police arrived to find paramedics treating the victim, Zacharia Nicholii Cross, 25.  Cross succumbed to his injuries at the scene.  Police said Cross was associated with drug activity, and believe his death was targeted.
