Kativik Regional Police Force were called to a home in the community on June 12th early in the morning, on report of a deceased female.

Police arrived to find a 28 year old Chloe Labrie, deceased in the home. Police said there were “marks of violence” on the woman’s body. The cause of death has not been released at this time.

Randy Koneak was arrested June 14th and charged with the murder of Labrie..

Randy Koneak, who was 20-years-old at the time, has been convicted of first-degree-murder and indignity to human remains in connection with Labrie’s death.
