York Regional Police responded to a commercial plaza in the area of Highway 27 and Langstaff Road for a report of a shooting on August 13th at approximately 8:05pm.

On arrival police located a male victim who was suffering from gunshot wounds, He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

York Regional Police said the investigation is ongoing and Investigators are seeking video surveillance from the area or anyone that may have captured dashcam video on the roadways.
