Emergency crews responded to the report of an injured man outside a home in the 400 block of Beverley Street on May 19th at approximately 2:07am.

Police arrived and performed first aid until paramedics took over the scene. Winnipeg police said  Derek Scott Sutton, 37, was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries. The cause of death has not been released at this time.
