The 2023 Ontario Homicide Victim List is available here

WRP responded to the area of Ottawa Street North and River Road East after receiving a report of a shooting incident on September 27, 2023, at approximately 2 a.m.

On arrival police located a man in his 20’s suffering from injuries. He was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries. Investigators believe this to be a targeted incident.
