Gatineau police were called to to boulevard des Allumettières near rue Saint-Rédempteur on September 26th at approximately 6:15am.
On arrival police located Maxim Bourgon-Frigon, 35, suffering from injuries. Police said his injuries could have been caused by a firearm. He died of his injuries.
Police arrested a 56-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman, both known to the SPVG. A charge of second-degree murder has been granted by the Director of Criminal and Criminal Prosecutions (DPCP) against Philippe Cyr, 56, of Gatineau
An autopsy will be performed by the Forensic Science and Legal Medicine Laboratory in Montreal to establish the cause of death.
