The Toronto 2024 Homicide Victim List is available here
On Tuesday, January 23, 2024, police responded to a call for an Assault at a residence in the Fuller Avenue and Queen Street West area.
Accordint to Toronto police the victim was assaulted by the accused in a multi-share residence. The victim, has been identified as Alan Mychaluk, 63, of Toronto, was transported to hospital where he died of his injuries on November 23, 2024.
At the time of the assault Timothy Graves, 56, of Toronto was charged with:
- Aggravated Assault
- Fail to Comply with Release Order
Following the death of the Mychaluk, Graves has been charged with Second Degree Murder.
