The 2023 Toronto Homicide Victim List is available here
Toronto police responded to reports of a man lying on the ground, in the area of Lockwood Road and Queen Street East on December 12th at approximately 6:10am.
Police located the victim suffering from stabbing injuries. He was pronounced at the scene. The victim has been identified as Nathan Samuel, 24, of Toronto.
Jared Shokoff, 18, of Toronto, has been charged with:
- Second Degree Murder
