Toronto Homicide #46 – Oleesiea Langdon wanted for second-degree murder in the death of Tara Morton

Toronto police responded to a person with a knife radio call at 236 Sherbourne Street on August 26th at approximately 10:09 am. It was reported that a woman was armed with a knife and walking near Sherbourne Street and Dundas Street East.

Police located Tara Morton, 41, suffering from stab wounds and covered in blood at 236 Sherbourne Street. Morton was rushed to hospital where she died of her injuries.

Oleesiea Langdon, 24, of Toronto, is wanted for Second Degree Murder in relation to the death of Tara Morton. Langdon is described as black, light complexion, medium build, wearing a dark hoodie, light coloured track pants and yellow shoes.

Update: Oleesiea Langdon, 24, attended 51 Division and turned herself into investigators. She has been charged with:
