Toronto police were called to the report of a shooting in the area of Lansdowne Avenue and Bloor Street on February 6th at approximately 1:30am.
On arrival police and paramedics located Issaïh Jünger, 18, of Mississauga, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.
Investigators are asking witnesses, or anyone who was driving in the area at the time and has dash-camera or video surveillance to contact police.
Update March 28th:
Hassan Farhat, 19, of Montreal, has been arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder.
A Male youth, 17, of Montreal, has also been arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder. He was scheduled to appear in court at the Toronto Regional Bail Centre, 2201 Finch Avenue West , on Friday, March 29, 2024, at 10 a.m., in room 107.
Update On Wednesday, April 3, 2024, Dan Hakizimana, 19, of Ottawa, was arrested and charged with:
- Second Degree Murder
Police continue to search for Fadel Naim, 19, who is wanted for: Second Degree Murder. He is described as 5’7″, an average build, blue eyes, with curly brown hair.
