Toronto police responded to the report of a deceased man at a residence in the Greenwood Avenue and Mortimer Avenue area on August 6th at approximately 10:08am.
The victim was identified as Chadwick Francis, 37, of Toronto. The cause of death has not been released, however, investigators said Francis was the victim of a homicide.
The Toronto Police Homicide Squad arrested the victim’s husband Michael Duhame, 41, of Toronto, and charged him with second degree murder. According to reports, Chadwick Francis was deceased for more than a day.
