Toronto police responded to a radio call at the Scarborough Town Centre on Friday, July 10, 2020, at 1:37 p.m.

On arrival police located Jordon Marcelle 26, of Toronto, at the entrance of a store suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Marcelle was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.

Police said a dark colored SUV was seen fleeing the area.

Toronto police attested Tristawna Ona Christian, 21, of Toronto, on July 18th. She has been charged with: 

1. First degree murder 
2. Attempted murder 

Police said Shaquille Jameel Taesean Small, 26, of Toronto, is wanted for: 

1. First degree murder 
2. Attempted murder

Toronto police said Shaquille Small was arrested by the Ontario Provincial Police on other alleged charges on October 6Th. The warrant came to light and was executed.He has been charged with First degree murder and Attempted murder.
