Toronto police responded to an unknown trouble, possible shooting call at a condominium in the area of Manitoba Street/Legion Road North on May 10th at approximately 4:30am.
Security at the condo had received calls from residents reporting hearing a violent interaction followed by the sound of a loud bang. Security investigated and found a woman who had been shot. Despite lifesaving efforts from first responders the victim, Viyaleta Lukoshka, 23, was pronounced at the scene.
On Wednesday, May 10, 2023, Kadeem Robinson, 34, of Toronto, was arrested. He has been charged with:
- Second Degree Murder
